As a parent, it’s one of the hardest things to witness: your child losing their spark, dreading school, or withdrawing into silence. And often, behind that change lies something no child should have to experience — bullying.

In my work with children and teenagers over the past 15 years, bullying has sadly become one of the most common challenges families bring to me. Whether it’s emotional exclusion, verbal attacks, online humiliation, or even physical aggression, the scars run deep — and not just for the child. Families suffer too.

That’s why I’ve developed a personalized support program that helps children and teens recover from bullying, strengthen their inner resilience, and learn how to protect their emotional well-being — both now and in the future.

For children and teenagers (ages 8 to 18) who are:

What makes my approach different?

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all advice. Every child is different — and so is every bullying situation. That’s why I combine NLP-based techniques, emotional resilience building, and practical communication strategies in a way that’s tailored to your child’s age, personality, and needs.

I support the child in rebuilding their self-worth and emotional safety, while also helping parents understand the dynamics and find their own confident, supportive voice.

If needed, I also support the parent-child communication process — which often becomes strained during bullying.

  • NLP-based tools to strengthen self-confidence and emotional boundaries
  • Techniques for recognizing manipulation and responding calmly
  • Stress relief methods and self-regulation tools
  • Guided conversations between parent and child, if appropriate
  • Emotional support for the parent, too — you don’t have to carry this alone
  • Optional school communication strategies (what to say, how, and when)
